1, Not Charging There are two basic causes, bad charger/cords, or bad DC plug-in on the laptop. But first, check the power at the outlet, so try another outlet, or a radio or lamp in the outlet you are using. Always look to the simple thing first. If the 110 outlet is ok, then check the connections to the charger. It may have become unplugged or the plug(s) have been damaged--don't check while plugged in, just inspect them. If you know how to use a voltmeter, then check the voltage out of the charger. No voltage then bad charger. Inspect the DC plug in at the laptop. If its loose as often happens, take it to a shop, it is a quick fix that should be about $25 or less. 2. Won't turn on. TBC
